How is the price calculated?
Your price is calculated before booking based on the route and estimated travel time, and shown to you as a fixed price — including the €5 booking fee. There's no meter, no night surcharge, and no surge pricing when demand is high.
Do I have to pay online?
No. At booking you can choose: pay online by card, or pay in cash or by invoice directly with the driver after the ride.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings are possible from at least one hour before your desired pickup time. For airport transfers and long-distance journeys, booking earlier is recommended.
How many passengers fit in the vehicle?
The BMW 220d xDrive Gran Tourer seats up to six passengers with luggage. A child seat is available on request.
What areas do you serve?
The core area covers Hanau and the whole Rhine-Main region, with further destinations across Germany and neighbouring countries available on request.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling more than 24 hours before pickup is free. See our terms and conditions for the fee tiers that apply to later cancellations.
What's the booking fee?
Every booking includes a flat €5 fee, already included in the total price shown to you.
Do you do airport transfers?
Yes, especially to Frankfurt (FRA), plus Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN), Stuttgart (STR), Cologne-Bonn (CGN), and others on request — including live flight tracking.
Do you provide medical transport?
Yes, for appointments, hospitals, rehab, or dialysis — calm, punctual, with help getting in and out of the vehicle on request.
